Concentric Curved Molded Fittings
Concentric curved molded fittings are available in polyester, vinyl ester, conductive and other types of resin for all 6" “[” side rail configurations. Also available in some 4" and 8" side rail configurations. Please contact factory for availability. All 6" and 8" fittings carry a Class C rating according to NEMA standards. EHL 4" fittings carry a Class 20A rating. It is recommended to use expansion connector plates and 1¼" long assembly fasteners when connecting to other fittings or straight lengths. Rung connections are made with a mechanical and/or chemical lock. Please see cable tray specification, item 5.2.4 for details. Other sizes and widths available – please contact factory.
How to Order / Catalog Numbering System:
Fitting Designation – Type of Curve/Resin Designation – Tray Depth – Angle – Width – Radius
Example: EHB – MC – 6 – 90 – 24 – 24

Covers: When ordering covers for fittings, use the prefix “EC” before the catalog number. Example: EC-EHB-MC-6-90-24-24 Note: Fasteners for covers are separate order items – see section on Electrical Product Accessories and Fasteners.
Dividers: To order fitting with a pre-installed divider, add the letters “EDS” after the catalog number. Please indicate positioning of divider. Example: EHB-MC-6-90-24-24-EDS.
Strut Rung / Offshore Marine Rung: Special rungs are available for your cable tray system. Please contact a sales representative.
