• Enduro Process Systems manufactures replacement or new construction for chemical processing tanks, vessels, headers, or scrubber systems. These pressure process systems can be either straight fiberglass or manufactured utilizing Enduro's dual laminate construction, whichever offers the customer the best value for their project. We can design, build, fabricate and/or erect at any plant location offering turnkey accountability. Enduro can also offer supervision at the site to allow the use of plant maintenance/construction personnel.

  All Enduro Process System's tanks exhibit superior resistance to corrosion and a remarkable capability for maintaining purity.
  
  Enduro Process Systems has fabricated some of the largest Teflon Dual laminate vessels ever produced in North America. An example are two tanks -- each 14 Ft. in diameter and 22 Ft. tall -- fabricated with a 0.90 inch thick FEP lining.

Enduro constructs tanks and scrubbers with a minimum of welds. When welding is required, Enduro Process Systems uses only certified welders with the experience and capability to capitalize on the strength of the fusion method rather than the less successful hand welding with hot air and filler rods. Enduro Process System's ability to produce welds equal in strength to the original material enables thermoforming of dished heads and flat bottoms (with knuckle radii) in one piece. Tanks are manufactured to a variety of industry accepted specifications or can be custom manufactured to meet individual plant requirement

Shop Fabrication and Installation

• In addition to design, engineering and manufacturing capabilities, Enduro Process Systems offers a full range of construction and maintenance services including field installation, supervision and repair service for all types of FRP and thermoplastic equipment.
• The maintenance and repair crews at Enduro have all the equipment necessary to set up and work at a customer's designated site. Enduro Process Systems supervisory personnel can observe the contractor guidelines specified at the location, or Enduro can be contracted to perform the installation offering turnkey guaranteed success of the project.
• Typical maintenance and repair projects include tank, vessel, header, and scrubber lining, leak repairs, pipeline encapsulation, or modification of existing vessels and concrete protection.
