Odor Control Process Systems
Resulting from its acquisition of Bay Products, Inc., Enduro is now a leading firm in Odor Control Systems with installations over all of North America. We develop, design and manufacture equipment for the treatment of odorous compounds in air streams. Enduro sets itself apart from other equipment suppliers by providing a complete line of odor control products. We help you select the right system for your application.
| Adsorbers A variety of dry media systems that utilize activated carbon, impregnated carbon, chemical bonded products in a corrosion resistant vessel. These systems are applicable for a wide range of flows and medium to low level of odors. These systems are usually stand alone system but can also be used as a polish for scrubber and biofilter systems. |
|
| Scrubbers A technology that utilizes the contact with an odorous air stream with a counter-current water stream. The odors get "scrubbed" from the air and transferred into the liquid phase. The water stream contains chemicals to help enhance the removal performance. The typical compounds removed by scrubbers are hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. The technology is typically used for medium to high air flow rates and medium to high concentrations of odors. |
|
| Biological Filters The technology utilizes naturally occurring bacteria to consume or degrade odorous compounds in air streams. Autotrophic and Heterotrophic bacteria reside on media. Odorous air flows across the media and the odors are consumed by the bacteria. Bioscrubbers are a type of biofilter that utilize synthetic media and operate at higher flow rates and shorter contact times. The technology is primarily used for low to media air flow rates and medium to high concentrations of odors. |
