Quality Control Supervisor

Enduro is seeking a qualified Quality Supervisor for its Houston facility, products, processes, and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the leader for Enduro’s Quality Management System (QMS). Prepare and maintain QMS documentation, records, and document control procedures. Develop company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Be the company’s representative for third party audits of our QMS.
• Develop internal auditing tools, conduct internal audits and generate reports. Determine data-driven solutions and implement quality improvement plans.
• Maintain corrective action program.
• Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and technical integrity
• Develop and maintain annual training plans and communicate with the leadership team. Review existing policies and metrics and update according to the latest available technologies, tools and software.
• Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other managers/supervisors to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
  
  

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institute or equivalent work experience.
• Five years or more of experience working with ISO9001:2015 quality systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
