Enduro Composites is pleased to announce two strategic changes in the sales organization. Roy Silvas will head our new Business Development program, and Dan Neal will join the Company as Director, Cable Management Products.
ROY SILVAS
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As Director of Business Development, supporting all product line groups, Roy is responsible for generating revenue on projects and accounts having the greatest potential growth impact to the Company. As part of this effort, he will lead the high-value target selection process and pursue engineering firms, contractors, and end-users to best position Enduro product specifications and maximize selling success.
DAN NEAL
DIRECTOR, CABLE MANAGEMENT
We are also pleased to announce the addition of Dan Neal as Director, Cable Management Products. Based out of Houston, Texas, he will be responsible for leading the overall product line strategy to maximize Enduro’s market position and revenue generation.
Dan graduated from Texas State University with a B.B.A. in Marketing and holds a Project Management Certification from University of Houston. He joins our company with over 14 years of electrical sales, marketing, and project management experience during which he demonstrated a history of advancement in his roles of responsibility selling to multiple markets including water/wastewater, pulp & paper and other industrial segments. In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, barbecuing, traveling and the outdoors.
