Houston, TX, February 21st, 2023 – Enduro Composites Inc., (ENDURO), a global player in the design, manufacture and innovation of nonmetallic fiberglass composites solutions, has announced it was acquired by Creative Composites Group (CCG), a leading manufacturer of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composites based in Alum Bank, Pennsylvania. CCG is part of the engineered solutions division of Hill & Smith PLC, an international group creating sustainable infrastructure and safe transport through innovation.
ENDURO will become part of the Group Engineered Solutions division to highly complement CCG with an extensive portfolio of branded, world-class quality composite products and multiple manufacturing solutions. Targeting infrastructure and industrial applications, both markets with strong industry tailwinds, ENDURO’s building products (TUFF SPAN™), electrical cable management, and water and wastewater products manufactured in Houston, Texas, as well as its field services group, located in Freeport, Texas, will continue as core businesses within ENDURO. These products will be added to CCG’s utility, waterfront, bridges and mass transit product lines.
